1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing marmotexpedition.com or booking any motorcycle expedition, holiday package, vehicle rental, or logistics service with Marmot Expedition, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Marmot Expedition provides adventure travel and DMC services across Leh Ladakh, Zanskar, Spiti, and Jammu & Kashmir, backed by local guides, certified mechanics, and high-altitude logistics.

2. Booking, Pricing & Payment Schedules

All reservations require a formal confirmation via email or website booking form along with a non-refundable deposit. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and in sound physical and cardiovascular health suitable for extreme high-altitude environments over 17,000 feet.

3. Expedition Conduct, Rider Eligibility & Safety Protocols

All riders must possess a valid motorcycle driving license and adhere strictly to expedition road captain instructions, speed limits, and mandatory protective riding gear. Marmot Expedition provides backup chase vehicles, mechanics, medical oxygen, and first-aid kits; however, participants must carry comprehensive personal travel and medical evacuation insurance.

4. Cancellations, Route Alterations & Force Majeure

Himalayan itineraries are subject to extreme weather, landslides, sudden road closures by civil authorities, and permit regulations. Marmot Expedition reserves the right to modify routes or substitute accommodations in the interest of traveler safety. Force majeure events (including severe blizzards, border closures, or acts of God) void liability for compensatory refunds.

5. Website Use, Intellectual Property & Jurisdiction

All website content, photography, itineraries, brand assets, and trade names are the exclusive intellectual property of Marmot Expedition. Any dispute arising from our services is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Leh (Ladakh), India.
